  • Coordinate across construction, leasing, and accounting teams as the connective point for budgeting, reforecasting, and capital project execution.
  • Partner with the Managing Director of Asset Management on investor calls and approval requests, and on completing or facilitating tasks that arise from these communications.
  • Own tracking of portfolio return performance against underwriting to support investment strategy decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; candidates with a degree in math, real estate, business, finance, economics, a related field or additional significant relevant working experience in lieu of degree. Candidates with Masters degree are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • 7+ years of commercial real estate experience with direct office, industrial and/or residential experience demonstrated ownership of asset management, leasing, or acquisitions responsibilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in ARGUS, including the ability to build complex valuation models from scratch, alongside strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating directly with brokers and tenants, and structuring lease economics from initial terms through execution.
  • Working knowledge of debt structures and lender relationships, and familiarity with JV equity structures and waterfall mechanics.
  • Strong track record of coordinating construction, leasing, and accounting functions to drive asset-level business plans to completion.
  • Ability to work independently as a hands-on contributor in a fast-paced environment, with strong ownership instincts and follow-through.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to internal leadership and external investors.
