Join Our Team as an eSports Supervisor/Coach! Do you have a passion for gaming and enjoy mentoring young players? St. Andrew's Parish Parks & Playground Commission is looking for an enthusiastic eSports Supervisor/Coach to lead youth participants ages 9–15 in a fun, team-focused competitive gaming program.As an eSports Supervisor/Coach, you'll coach players in popular games such as Valorant, Overwatch 2, Rocket League, Apex Legends, and Fortnite, while promoting teamwork, communication, leadership, and good sportsmanship. You'll organize practices, supervise participants during competitions, help troubleshoot technical issues, and create a safe, inclusive environment where every player has the opportunity to learn and succeed.This is a seasonal evening position, typically Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, during our Fall (September–December) and Spring (March–May) seasons. Pay is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.Ideal candidates will:Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalentHave experience working with youth or coaching (preferred)Possess strong gaming knowledge and PC troubleshooting skillsEnjoy mentoring and encouraging young peopleBe dependable, organized, and an effective communicatorObtain and maintain CPR/AED/First Aid and Darkness to Light – Stewards of Children certificationsIf you're ready to combine your love of gaming with making a positive impact on young players, we'd love to hear from you.
