Join Our Team at Nippenose Valley Village!Are you energetic, hard-working, and compassionate? Do you want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our care team as Personal Care Aides and Caregivers. Whether you're new to the field or bring years of experience, we provide the training and support you need to thrive. We have full-time, third shift position available.What You’ll Do:At Nippenose Valley Village, you’ll play a vital role in supporting resident care and facility operations. You’ll assist with evaluating, selecting, and implementing medical equipment, while also providing personal hygiene and daily living support to residents with compassion and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include properly coordinating specimens and ensuring accurate identification, reporting patient observations to nursing staff, and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. You’ll contribute to a positive team environment by helping orient new employees and fostering collaboration. Additionally, you’ll report equipment issues, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and consistently demonstrate reliability and care in your daily duties.
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Medical Technologist certification (or willingness to be trained).
  • At least 2 years of related experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment:
  • Personal care home setting.
  • Frequent walking, standing, and physical activity.
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull over 50 lbs.
  • Exposure to contagious illnesses may occur.
