Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Imaging Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily production activities to ensure efficient and high-quality conversion of physical documents into digital assets. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining productivity, fostering a safe and engaged team environment, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet strict customer and quality standards.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:

  • Lead and Optimize Operations: Provide daily direction to the team to accomplish project goals, managing project timelines, quality, and the final outcome of customer orders and digital conversion processes.
  • Develop and Mentor Talent: Lead, mentor, cross-train, and provide accountable standards and measures for the department employees to build a skilled and high-performing team.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Research and resolve customer issues and ensure operations strictly comply with organizational quality standards and policies, as well as local regulatory requirements for handling sensitive customer data.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
  • 2-3 years of experience in supervising a team in a high-volume production environment, ideally for a team of about 15 employees.
  • Strong knowledge of production management principles, quality assurance protocols, and document imaging/data capture processes.
  • Proven ability in team leadership, project management, and cross-functional communication.
  • High School Diploma or GED (or relevant certification).
