Job description

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking an experienced GEOINT Collections Manager supporting our client's operational requirements located at US Central Command, Tampa FL. The ideal applicant should possess expertise in receiving, assessing, validating, and prioritizing GEOINT requirements submitted by Joint, command and staff elements on a daily basis operating throughout USCENTCOM, AFRICOM, USNORTHCOM and/or EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Possess in-depth knowledge of GEOINT, NRO, NGA and MASINT collection management systems (including Airborne and Commercial systems), TCPED and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) principles. * Knowledge of national, commercial, Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities. * Manage and synchronize GEOINT collections requirements for Joint, Component Commands, Fleet and other Government Agencies using GEOINT Information Management System (GIMS). Understand national requirements for special collections processes and procedures. * Coordinate and validate highly complex imagery collection strategies supporting a wide array of areas, to include, Indications and Warning (I&W), Joint/Fleet/Agency Requests for Information (RFI), Situational Awareness (SA), Adversary Capabilities and Support to Military Operations. * Ability to liaise with partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoD to innovate and enable intelligence integration and facilitate interagency collaboration. * Familiar with the baseline applications and theories of Intelligence disciplines and Warfare Domain areas to include Undersea Warfare (USW), Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), Anti-Surface Warfare (ASUW) and Mine Warfare (MIW). * Provide time-sensitive GEOINT support for operational planning to multiple organizations and sub commands within the CENTCOM, AFRICOM, NORTHCOM and EUCOM AORs, to include AOC personnel and divisions. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team to develop GEOINT collection strategies and to collaborate with GEOINT analysts and developers to deconstruct problems and develop effective collection approaches. * Other duties as assigned.
