Lead Valet oversees our valet team in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures compliance of all policies and procedures, enforces our service standards, and utilizes strong communication when interacting with guests as well as associates. This professional remains organized, compassionate, and sets the tone for our team! We're looking for a passionate individual to provide a memorable guest experience.
MONDAY through FRIDAY 8:00 am -4:30 pm
$20.00-$22.00 per hour, including tips

REQUIREMENTS:
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience
  • DRIVING RECORD: 3 years of continuous Driver's License experience.
    • License must be continuous: Suspended or expired licenses within 3 years aren't allowed.
    • No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years.
    • No major moving violations within the last 3 years.
    • No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
  • Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
  • 40hr work week with ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
  • Previous valet experience or similar industry preferred
  • Employment is contingent upon a successful completion of a background and motor vehicle report screening conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
