The Spirit of the Position

As a Valet Lead, you'll help create exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily valet operations in a fast-paced resort environment. Working alongside the Location Manager, you'll lead by example, coach team members, and ensure every guest receives first-class service from arrival to departure.

What You'll Do

Lead the Team

  • Supervise, mentor, and support valet team members

Qualifications

Required

  • Valid drivers license with 2 years of driving experience
  • Acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and special events

Preferred

  • Previous valet, hospitality, hotel, resort, restaurant, or guest-service experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Basic computer skills

Physical Requirements

This is an active outdoor position requiring the ability to:

  • Stand, walk, and run for extended periods
  • Lift, bend, stoop, and move frequently during shifts
  • Work outdoors in changing mountain weather conditions, including snow, rain, wind, heat, and cold temperatures
