Job description

Service Department Valet Position Overview

The Service Department Valet is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting clients, safely moving customer and dealership vehicles, and ensuring the service drive and lot remain organized and clean. This position plays a key role in creating a positive first and last impression for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.

  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in the service area or lot.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and vehicle lot.

  • Install protective coverings (seat, floor mats, steering wheel covers) in vehicles prior to service.

  • Assist service advisors by moving vehicles in and out of service lanes and bays as needed.

  • Deliver completed vehicles to customers in a timely, friendly manner.

  • Monitor and maintain dealership vehicles, including checking fuel levels and ensuring readiness.

  • Provide shuttle service for customers if required.

  • Report any vehicle damage immediately to management.

  • Follow all safety rules, regulations, and dealership policies.

Qualifications
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
