General Duties and Responsibilities:


The Assistant Account Manager position assists the Account Manager at a large, full-service resort in Orlando, FL. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Assist in Managing an efficient, fiscally sound, parking operation at a full-service resort

  • Liaison with resort clients

  • Hire, Train and Supervise approximately 40 parking employees

  • Handle escalated guest-related concerns, parking and luggage claims, and any other resort concerns

  • Maintain high levels of guest service

  • Prepare and submit weekly and/or monthly reports


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required to Perform Essential Functions:


Required Qualifications


  • Prefer at least two years supervisory experience in a hotel environment

  • Budgeting, employee scheduling, and payroll experience is preferred

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and remain on-call to cover escalated resort concerns including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment

  • Strong and effective verbal and written communications skills required

  • Ability to solve practical problems, self-starter and the ability to multi-task

  • A positive, friendly, guest-service attitude

  • Ability to work outdoors

  • Computer Skills: MS Office Suite

  • Must have a valid Driver's License and ability to obtain an airport badge


Appearance Guidelines


Employees are expected at all times to present a professional business-like image, even when working behind the scenes. It is the policy of the Company that each employee's dress, grooming, and personal hygiene should be appropriate to the work situation and be consistent with the Company's business standards.


With the exception of a fully grown mustache, conservative in nature and not extending below the lower lip, all men must be clean shaven.


No visible tattoos or body piercings are allowed. Any tattoos must be covered by your uniform or other means agreed upon by management.


Clean & well maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift
