As our Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests experience pristine surroundings and exceptional service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities:
Perform meticulous departure cleans promptly and efficiently, ensuring each property is immaculate for incoming guests.
Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks to maintain superior cleanliness and presentation standards in all homes.
Report maintenance needs promptly and take ownership of specialized tasks to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
Assist in basic maintenance repairs and upkeep to uphold the integrity of our properties.
Collaborate with the Field Service team to conduct thorough check-in and check-out inspections.
Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience and ensure five-star reviews.
Utilize technology proficiently, including mobile apps, to streamline communication and task management.
Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in hospitality.
Eligibility to work in the United States is required.
Reliable, all-weather vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
Smartphone proficiency for accessing company technology.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends.
Commitment to safety guidelines and company policies.
