Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday or Friday - Tuesday 9am - 5pm
Compensation: $20-$26/hour based on experience

Position Overview
Golden Swan Management is seeking two detail-oriented and reliable Laundry & Housekeeping Team Leads to oversee daily cleaning operations and linen management. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards and presentation of our properties, ensuring an exceptional experience for guests and property owners.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage and contribute to all housekeeping and laundry operationsย 
  • Coordinate and maintain linen inventory, including washing, drying, folding, and ordering
  • Ensure all services meet company cleanliness and quality standardsย 
  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance oversight
  • Conduct routine inspections of properties and housekeeping field work to ensure consistency and attention to detail
  • Manage supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Address and resolve any housekeeping or cleanliness issues promptly
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure efficient turnover schedulesย 
  • Maintain organized laundry and storage areas
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or hospitality management required
  • Previous management experience required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
