Job description

As a Vacation Rental Field Inspector, you will be accountable for the ultimate presentation of your portfolio of properties. First impressions and guest experience in this industry are of the highest priority.

The successful candidate should expect to be responsible for:

Interior property presentation which includes but is not limited to:

  • Maintaining the property with the highest level of organization
  • Ensuring cleaning standards are met
  • Keeping inventory stocked and replenishing as necessary

Perform documented inspections during each walkthrough to communicate property conditions to the Vacation Rental Property Manager while making recommendations for repairs and/or improvements that can be shared with owners.
