As an Assistant Property Manager, you play a vital role in the onsite management team, working under the direction of the Property Manager to ensure the success of anย Arcanย community. You willย assistย in overseeing daily operations, including leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, and resident communications, all while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, andย maintainย a welcoming community atmosphere will be essential in enhancing resident satisfaction and supporting property performance. This position requires a detail-oriented, customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.ย ย

Key Responsibilitiesย
Provide professional and friendlyย assistanceย to current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in personย in a timely manner.ย
Maintainย accurateย resident records, process rental payments, and oversee accounting functions, including bank deposits.ย
Qualifications & Skillsย
Education & Experience (Preferred but Not Required)ย
Prior experience in customer service, leasing, hospitality, or administrative support.ย Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.ย
