What You'll Do

As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a key role in helping the property achieve its operational and financial goals while delivering exceptional customer service to current and future residents.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with prospective residents and leasing leads
  • Answer resident and prospect questions professionally and promptly
  • Schedule and conduct apartment tours
  • Assist with leasing and resident retention efforts
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and schedule resident work orders
  • Manage resident files and documentation
  • Support the Property Manager with daily operations
  • Assist in achieving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial goals
  • Provide outstanding customer service while fostering a welcoming community atmosphere

Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of property financials and budgeting
