Job Description


The Integration Coordinator is pivotal in facilitating the seamless development and coordination of AlignOps Native Macro and Microsoft Excel VBA projects among our clients, the internal development team, and third-party VBA developers. This role involves effective communication, project management, and client engagement to ensure successful integration and troubleshooting of various software connections.


Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their time entry and payroll process requirements to create a scope of rules for developing their custom export.
  • Collaborate with clients, external VBA developers, and internal teams, including Internal Developers and Onboarding Specialists, to coordinate the development and implementation of AlignOps Native Macro projects and Microsoft Excel VBA projects.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables in accordance with the service agreements while keeping internal/external stakeholders updated.
  • Serve as clients' main point of contact throughout the integration process, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal/external developers, sometimes with the assistance of leadership, to ensure the quality of scoping and facilitate the execution of service agreements for each project, providing a clear understanding of project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of project requirements, including preliminary testing before client testing, to ensure compliance with macro and development best practices.
  • Partner with Onboarding Specialists to seamlessly transition clients from the onboarding phase to integration and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from pre-development communications to client testing and ongoing post-implementation support.
  • Manage the documentation of project details, progress, and outcomes in Salesforce (SFDC) and Monday.com.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving macro-related issues, working closely with internal and external developers.
  • Coordinate connections and license allocation with Zachary Systems or Sasaant for QBD and QBO macros.
  • Work closely with colleagues, including Onboarding Specialists, to ensure efficient handoff and continuity of projects during transitions.
  • Maintain clear communication channels and regularly update clients and internal teams, including Onboarding Specialists and management.
  • Work on building workflows for new processes and maintaining and updating existing workflows to facilitate efficient completion of VBA and AlignOps Native Macro projects.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications


  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, particularly with Microsoft Excel VBA projects and/or payroll projects.
  • Background in working with clients, VBA developers, and internal teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to effectively communicate technical details to non-technical clients and internal teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
  • Experience overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to ongoing support.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as clients' main point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing updates throughout the integration process.
  • Experience in managing client expectations and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to facilitate the execution of service agreements, ensuring a clear understanding of project scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel VBA projects and macro development best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve macro-related issues, collaborating closely with VBA developers.
  • Ability to proficiently document project details, progress, and outcomes in Salesforce (SFDC) and Monday.com.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining accurate and organized project documentation.
  • Ability to ensure efficient handoff and continuity of projects during transitions.
  • Ability to maintain clear communication channels and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams.


This is a full-time remote position located in the United States. Employees hired within a designated radius of the office are expected to work on-site according to a schedule set by management based on the requirements of their role.


Benefits & Compensation


  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000-$65,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
  • The AlignOps benefit program includes health, dental, and vision coverage. In addition, the company offers disability, life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
