Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our growing team!
What you'll do here:

  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize research opportunities.
  • Define the scope of research activities, plan, implement, and manage them through customer and stakeholder interviews, user testing, diary studies, surveys, competitive analysis, workshops, etc.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate research findings into actionable recommendations and concepts.
  • Work with excellent designers to create user experience artifacts such as customer journeys, user personas, and service blueprints that truly capture the customer experience across all business sectors and brands.
  • Promote customer engagement throughout the organization.


What you bring to the table:

  • Currently pursuing a master's program in UX , Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science or Marketing Research with a heavy emphasis on user research
  • Previous experience in user research, user experience design, service design, and market research with startups
  • Expertise in usability and user-centered design practices
  • Experience with user research tools is an asset (usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, Survey Monkey, etc.)
  • Experience with design tools is a plus (Sketch, Axure, Figma, InVision, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
  • Experience in data analysis or statistical analysis is an asset
  • Passion for targeting, dissecting, and solving complex problems
  • A team player with the ability to work in a collaborative environment and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Eager to learn, try new tools and approaches, and refine your craft
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity
  • Patient with good listening skills, an effective communicator, able to present engagingly, and skilled at delivering compelling narratives
  • Bilingualism (English and French). Need to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
  • Available 35 hours a week from January 5 to April 23, 2027
  • Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next semester following your internship
