We’re looking for a talented UX Designer to support a leading financial services organization, with a strong focus on brand implementation, marketing, and digital user experience.

This role will partner closely with Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams to create engaging, scalable digital experiences that balance brand storytelling, usability, and business goals.

Responsibilities:

Design experiences across the company website

  • Design cohesive digital experiences across key user journeys and touchpoints.
  • Create visual and interaction designs that align with brand standards and the established design systems.
  • Translate brand principles into clear, intuitive user experiences.
  • Elevate the quality and craft of digital experiences through thoughtful design and attention to detail.
  • Develop and apply reusable design patterns that improve consistency and reduce one-off solutions.

Support brand and marketing initiatives

  • Design compelling campaign and branded experiences that engage users and support business objectives.
  • Ensure campaign experiences connect seamlessly to the broader website experience.
  • Balance storytelling, usability, and conversion goals while maintaining a consistent brand experience.

Apply and evolve the design system

  • Use established components, templates, and patterns to create consistent experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to improve visual and interaction patterns and contribute ideas for future enhancements.
  • Help evolve the design system by recommending scalable solutions that strengthen brand consistency.
  • Ensure consistent application of typography, color, spacing, accessibility, and interaction standards.

Deliver production-ready design

  • Create implementation-ready designs that align with design system standards.
  • Define interaction behaviors, responsive states, and edge cases to support development.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Content teams to ensure accurate implementation and high-quality execution.

Collaborate and execute

  • Translate strategic direction into thoughtful design solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and proactively address inconsistencies.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions, rationale, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and design leadership.
  • Work within established design standards while recognizing when new patterns or guidance are needed.


Requirements:

  • Portfolio required. Please include a portfolio or case studies, along with any required passwords, with your application.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience designing digital products or experiences with strong visual and interaction design skills.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and UX best practices.
  • Experience designing brand-driven, campaign, or storytelling experiences across digital channels.
  • Experience working within component-based design systems and applying reusable patterns across experiences.
  • Understanding of how content structure and storytelling support user goals and business objectives.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners, including Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Content.
  • Ability to create connected experiences across campaigns, entry points, and downstream user journeys.
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other component-based content management systems.
  • Experience working with design software packages, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Experience designing for financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Experience designing complex, multi-step user journeys that support research, evaluation, and decision-making.
