Job description

Job Purpose

The Digital Experience Marketing Manager II role is responsible for working cross-functionally with IT, Product, Contact Center Ops, Branding and Marketing to develop digital experience projects to enhance our experience for both new and existing customers. This role will work across all digital platforms (mobile/desktop), for both altafiber - Hawaiian Telcom, including: altafiber.com, Hawaiiantel.com, website shopping carts, company self-service platforms - applications.

Essential Functions

  • Establish requirements, test, and execute projects based on the digital experience roadmap, for both mobile and desktop; this includes monthly, quarterly, and off-cycle projects
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • Testing Plan Creation
    • Testing Plan Execution (Monthly, quarterly, and off-cycle)
  • Assist with Digital Experience Roadmap Creation and the strategy behind the roadmap
  • Work with IT to solve in-production user experience and performance issues affecting our digital platforms as well as needed enhancements and improvements
  • Collaborate with IT, Product, and Marketing teams to create wireframes, user flows, and experience requirements for digital enhancements across websites, shopping carts, and self-service applications

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years in digital marketing, digital experience, eCommerce, UX/UI, or related disciplines
  • Experience working with website shopping carts, online ordering flows, digital self-service platforms, or eCommerce experiences preferred

Education

Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Marketing or Digital Marketing major preferred

Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience with wireframing, UX design, customer journey mapping, eCommerce ordering flows, and Figma or similar prototyping tools preferred
  • Excellent organization and project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
