ATPCO, a leader in flight shopping data, is searching for a talented Principal UX Designer to collaborate on bringing new data solutions to the airline industry. In this role, youโ€™ll partner with product managers, engineers, and sales to champion user experience (UX) throughout the product lifecycle.

What youโ€™ll do:
  • Lead UX efforts for the 3Victors team, including strategy and execution
  • Champion design best practices across all stages of product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback
  • Facilitate workshops with team members and customers
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation
  • Partner with UX research to uncover user needs and inform design decisions
  • Communicate UX effectively through wireframes, prototypes, and presentations
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior data
  • Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Youโ€™re the ideal candidate if you have:
  • Experience as a lead UX designer in technical/design teams (5+ years)
  • A history of successfully delivering software applications
