Utility project engineer provides designs, proposals and qualifications for construction projects regarding Plumbing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. III. Job Functions and DutiesNO.Representative Duties1Responsible for organizing the Engineering Department to review the qualifications, design content and design proposals for utility projects, and conducting the reevaluation and approval.2Responsible for organizing the Engineering Department to audit construction drawings of utility projects, track and supervise the application and approval status of safety, environmental protection, and construction permits.3Responsible for on-site supervision of construction based on the design drawings approved by the Engineering Department.4Responsible for managing, documenting, and assisting in resolving various unforeseen issues at construction sites.5Responsible for organizing and coordinating with the Engineering Department for on-site confirmation of infrastructure project quantities, material/equipment acceptance supervision, concealed work acceptance, design changes, and project acceptance inspection, etc.6Other duties as assigned & handling emergencies. 7Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeIⅤ.
