Job description

Royal Oak is looking for a Utility Operator C. This position is responsible for the packaging of charcoal briquets.
Packaging line workers are required to work several different positions on the packaging line, such as: stacking, folding,
diverting bags, etc.
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
• Ability to troubleshoot and operate all positions within area
• Ability to identify quality defects and source of defects
• Ability to train new wrapper operators
• Ability to complete roll changes within 3 minutes or less; line change over in 15 minutes or less
• Ability to operate multiple lines (3 different machines)
• Ability to complete FROI and do RCA along with Supervisor
• Ability to effectively perform 5S audit
• Ability to Train B Operators on necessary pre-shift setup and how to perform PMs for necessary equipment
• Standing for long periods of time
• May involve repetitive movements
• Lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling as necessary
• Due to the open environment of the packaging area, must be able to work in various weather and temperature
conditions
