Job description

San Miguel Power Association is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Manager of Information Technology to lead our IT strategy and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology systems that support electric service delivery and organizational success.

About the Role

The Manager of Information Technology is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining SMPA's information technology strategy in alignment with the cooperative's mission and strategic goals. This role oversees all IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, telecommunications, and GIS-related technologies supporting electric utility operations.

The position ensures the reliability, security, and efficiency of systems critical to electric service delivery, regulatory compliance, and member services.
