Job description

Operations Manager

Hebron, Ohio, United States

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the company through development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firm's services
  • Create and manage financial and resource budget
  • Manage customer relations to ensure retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships
  • Continuous improvement system to ensure efficient, effective, and safe work practices
  • Ensure that business operations are efficient and effective, and resources are properly managed
  • Recruiting, hiring, firing, and retention of Operations Team
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth utilizing KPIs to instill a system of accountability that meets the company's culture for each team member
  • Lead team to achieve maximum performance and dedication through on-going coaching, proper communication, encouragement, team member feedback, performance reviews, and management system
  • Communicate and instill the company's Mission, Vision, and Culture so that it is inter-woven throughout the organization and infiltrates the employees' actions
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Design and implement business strategies to maintain and grow the company profits
  • Receive and interpret daily/weekly management reports and provide details to President
  • Coordination with peer leaders to plan, create strategies, and execute the company business goals
  • Develop and execute an annual, 90-day plan and budget
Requirements
  • Understanding of HDD and underground utility construction
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and Microsoft Office
