Job description

The Utility Assistant is hospitable to all guests and team members, acts safely and responsibly, and is knowledgeable about Wintzell's and its menu. This FOH position reports to the restaurant's management team and helps to ensure an outstanding dining experience for guests by keeping all areas of the restaurant's interior clean, stocked, and organized; cleaning and sanitizing dining room tables and chairs; maintaining an adequate supply of glassware, utensils, and ice in service areas throughout shift; clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest; setting up and breaking down dining room and service stations as directed; assisting in the prompt delivery and removal of food and beverage items; assisting in the warm and efficient greeting and seating of guests when they arrive. .
