Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Utility Revenue Specialist to support accurate and timely utility billing by identifying, investigating, and resolving billing discrepancies. This role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
