Job Overview:

The Lessons Learned Analyst (JLLP SME) provides subject matter expertise and execution support for USTRANSCOM's Joint Lessons Learned Program (JLLP), supporting all five phases of the lessons learned process.


Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and validate observations, issues, lessons, and best practices (OIL-Bs).
  • Support AOWGs, Senior Leader WGs, and GOSC events.
  • Manage and track lessons in JLLIS.
  • Conduct trend and statistical analysis of lessons learned.
  • Advise senior leaders on strategic-level observations.
  • Support 4-star level engagements and briefings.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years of lessons learned or assessment experience.
  • Experience with JLLIS and joint exercise environments.
  • Strong analytical writing and facilitation skills.
  • Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.

Security Requirement:

  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
