Job description

We're looking for a highly organized and detailoriented Bid Coordinator to support our estimating and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, enjoys keeping projects organized, and is interested in building a longterm career in the construction industry. You'll work closely with estimators, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure bids, documents, and project information are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

This position offers handson exposure to estimating, project setup, and construction operations-with a clear path for growth. Requirements Core Requirements Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in construction administration, estimating support, or general office coordination Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to read and interpret blueprints at a basic level Experience using Bluebeam for plan viewing, markups, or measurements Familiarity with Monday.com, BuildingConnected, or similar workflow/bid management platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy-critical for maintaining bid logs and project documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment Proactive, selfstarter mindset with strong followup habits Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive project information Comfortable coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting estimating, bidding, subcontractor outreach, or pre-qualification processes Construction industry knowledge (terminology, trades, project phases) Experience with shipping coordination (UPS, USPS, GLS, FedEx) Experience with vehicle or permit tracking (Motor Carrier Permit, business licenses, etc.) Experience booking travel or accommodation for field personnel Benefits Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000 annually Medical insurance: Company pays ~90% of base plan for employee + dependents Dental & vision insurance available Paid holidays Paid time off (after introductory period) Location: Ontario, CA Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Fri 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Growth Opportunity Clear advancement path: Bid Coordinator Assistant Estimator Estimator Handson exposure to estimating, project setup, and construction operations Opportunity to grow within a stable and expanding company
