Job Description

The Mail Clerk is a support role to assist the Post Closing Department achieve set turn times and allocate incoming mail to the appropriate personnel and/or files.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Receive, sort, and scan all incoming mail & packages.

Collate, label, and file documents as necessary.

Assist with filing, creating shipping labels, preparing documentation for shipping as needed.

Responsible for tracking/logging movement on mail.

Distribute physical mail when necessary.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Strong written and verbal communication.

Reliable and highly efficient

Office experience preferred

Highly organized and detail oriented.

Basic computer skills required.

Adaptable and open to change.

High school diploma or equivalent required. College graduate preferred.

Job Type: 30-40 hours per week
