Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant to support and represent the CEO/President of our company. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, proactive, and capable of representing executive leadership with confidence and efficiency in a fast-paced business environment.
This individual will report directly to the CEO/President and assist with daily administrative and operational responsibilities.
 
Position Details:
  • Full Time Position
  • In-Office Role.
  • 25-30 Hours Monday -Friday.
Compensation:
  • $20.00 Per Hour.
Travel Requirements:
  • Domestic Travel
Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
  • Attend weekly meetings with both international and domestic offices while taking detailed notes and preparing reports for the CEO.
  • Correspond via email and phone with mills, customers, and staff members under the direction of the CEO.
  • Compose professional letters, memos, and reports.
  • Process shipments through DHL, UPS, and USPS.
  • Assist with financial reporting within internal offices.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO and sales teams, including air travel, hotels, and transportation.
  • Obtain travel visas and supporting documentation for international travel.
  • Provide personal scheduling and administrative support related to properties, homes, and other assets.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company and executive information.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience preferred.
