Position Summary
The Office Services Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the mailroom and related office services functions. This role ensures the timely processing and distribution of mail, courier packages, and internal deliveries, while also assisting with copy center support and general office service requests. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, service-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Sort, process, and distribute incoming USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and courier deliveries
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail and overnight shipments
  • Receive, log, and notify employees of incoming packages
  • Reconcile postal, courier, and hand-delivery receipts
  • Respond to internal and external telephone and email inquiries related to office services
  • Prepare and ship interoffice pouches according to schedule
  • Complete required domestic and international shipping documentation
  • Deliver office supplies, stationery, and other items throughout the office as needed
  • Monitor email requests and respond in a timely manner
  • Coordinate courier services and track deliveries as needed
  • Assist with food pickup and delivery for office lunches
  • Support the copy center with copy requests, document binding, and restocking supplies
  • Perform general office service requests and minor support tasks
  • Ability to take instructions over the phone

Compensation
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55,000-$65,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
