Sanitation And Custodial Associate


Location: Walford, IA

Pay $16.00 per hour Weekly Pay

Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Employment Type Temporary-to-Hire

Position Overview


We are looking for a Sanitation and Custodial Associate to join our client's warehouse team in the Walford area. You will help keep the facility clean, safe, and organized every day while building a long-term career path. This is a secure position with consistent daytime hours, full-time work, and real opportunities for growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sweep, dust, mop, and scrub floors across warehouse and office areas.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, storage racks, and common spaces.
  • Empty all trash receptacles and remove waste daily.
  • Clear snow and ice from outdoor walkways and entrances.
  • Assist with facility upkeep tasks and special projects like painting.
  • Follow all company safety rules around active forklift traffic.


Requirements
