Luttrell Staffing Group is currently hiring Janitor | Custodian positions.

Details for Janitor | Custodian position:

  • $15.32 / Hour

Job duties for Janitor | Custodian:

  • General cleaning/janitorial duties such as cleaning rest area bathrooms, floors etc
  • Attend required training sessions, meetings, and activities
  • Foster a positive work environment with courteous interactions
  • Ensure restrooms and reception areas are clean and stocked
  • Keep storage areas organized and secure
  • Report necessary repairs and replace light bulbs as needed
  • Sweep or hose down parking lots and walkways each shift; maintain snow/ice-free walkways
  • Care for grounds by mowing lawns, raking leaves, and tending to shrubbery and flower beds
  • Maintain mulched areas and collect trash regularly
  • Clean windows, countertops, light fixtures, floors, doors, and water fountains each shift
  • Remove debris from the grounds and parking lot
  • Edge curbs and walkways weekly during growing season
  • Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
  • Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Janitor | Custodian:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
