What is a User Testing job?

You might interact with real users, observe their behaviors, and then compile findings into clear, actionable reports for design and development teams. Collaboration is common, as user testers often work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to communicate challenges and recommend improvements. The work can be project-based or ongoing, depending on the organization and the product lifecycle. Regularly encountering new products and interfaces offers variety and opportunities to continually develop your testing and UX knowledge.
