MANDATES

User Growth Product Owner

Own GOMO's user growth products and acquisition capabilities-from ideation to launch-ensuring they deliver differentiated customer experiences and sustainable subscriber growth.

Customer Acquisition Experience Designer
Design and continuously improve digital acquisition experiences that simplify customer discovery, onboarding, activation, and first use, making it effortless to join and experience GOMO.


Growth Strategy & Product Lead
Translate customer needs, commercial priorities, and technology opportunities into a prioritized product roadmap that accelerates acquisition, improves conversion, and maximizes business value.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Acquisition & Experience Development

  • Design and optimize digital acquisition experiences that improve conversion, onboarding, activation, and first-time customer engagement.

  • Lead the development of strategic growth initiatives, including:

    • Customer onboarding and first unlock experience

    • Acquisition product builds and modernization

    • Growth offers and conversion optimization

    • Digital acquisition journeys across App, Web, and Commerce channels

  • Conduct regular product and customer journey reviews, recommending enhancements based on customer insights, data, and evolving business needs.

User Growth Roadmap

  • Define and own the product roadmap for User Growth initiatives aligned with GOMO's acquisition and growth strategy.

  • Translate customer, commercial, and business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.

  • Drive alignment on priorities, roadmap dependencies, sprint planning, and delivery timelines while presenting growth initiatives and performance updates to leadership.


Product Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with Acquisition lead and Commercial teams to integrate product capabilities into growth campaigns and initiatives.

  • Monitor end-to-end acquisition funnel performance including onboarding, activation, first usage, and conversion metrics to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Lead product validation, customer testing, and experimentation to ensure strong product-market fit for new offers and features.

  • Drive issue resolution, product enhancements, modernization initiatives, and decommissioning decisions to continuously improve customer experience and business performance.

  • Develop business cases for new product capabilities and present growth opportunities, product impact, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
