Job description

Hire Digital is seeking a hands-on Growth Associate & Product Launch Coordinator (AI Consumer Product) to support the launch of a new AI-powered consumer product in the US market and help drive early user growth among everyday American consumers. This is an execution-focused role for someone who is eager to learn, highly proactive, and excited to help bring a 01 product to market.

You'll work closely with the Head of Growth and product team, supporting go-to-market initiatives, user acquisition campaigns, onboarding improvements, and launch execution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, moves quickly, and enjoys combining creativity with data to unlock growth.

Employment Type: Full-time (Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion)

Requirements

Responsibilities01 Product Launch Support
  • Support the launch of a new consumer AI product in the US market.
  • Assist with go-to-market planning, launch timelines, and execution across multiple channels.
  • Help coordinate launch initiatives across Product Hunt, creator communities, AI forums, and the ChatGPT ecosystem.
  • Research target audiences, competitors, and early adopter opportunities.
  • Help create launch momentum through scrappy, low-cost growth initiatives.
Growth & User Acquisition
  • Support acquisition campaigns across paid, organic, referral, influencer, and community channels.
  • Help identify new growth opportunities and channels for user acquisition.
  • Assist with campaign setup, testing, optimisation, and reporting.
Onboarding & Funnel Optimisation
  • Help improve signup flows, onboarding journeys, and first-user experience.
  • Monitor funnel drop-off points and suggest practical improvements.
  • Support lifecycle messaging such as email, push, or re-engagement campaigns.
Content & Launch Assets
  • Create landing page copy, campaign messaging, and simple launch assets.
  • Assist with demos, use-case content, FAQs, and product education materials.
  • Coordinate with designers or external vendors when needed.
Reporting & Insights
  • Build simple dashboards and weekly growth reports.
  • Analyse campaign performance and user behaviour data.
  • Turn findings into actionable recommendations and tests. 
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in growth, marketing, digital campaigns, product growth, startups, or consumer apps.
  • Strong interest in launching new products and helping scale user growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to execute across multiple functions.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to data and performance metrics.
