Job Summary:
OVA.Work is seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Developer to lead the design and development of seamless, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform ideas into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of interactive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate UX wireframes and design mockups into high-quality, responsive, and performant front-end code.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine designs and ensure technical feasibility.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics data.
• Build reusable code and libraries to support scalable product development.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and accessibility compliance (WCAG standards).
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to establishing UX and UI development best practices.

Qualifications:
Required:
