Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer with a strong background in user-centered design, behavioral design, and digital product innovation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms, leading product discovery initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex business requirements into seamless user experiences while driving measurable customer and business outcomes
o Extensive experience delivering UX solutions for large-scale enterprise and customer-facing platforms.
o Strong focus on improving customer satisfaction, user adoption, and operational efficiency through design excellence.
o Expertise in creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and accessibility-compliant experiences.
o Proven ability to drive innovation through design thinking, rapid prototyping, and data-driven decision-making.
o Effective communicator and design leader with experience influencing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities Include:
o Lead end-to-end UX design activities, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
o Design intuitive and user-centered digital experiences that simplify complex business workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
o Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams to define product strategy and deliver innovative solutions.
o Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and accessibility-compliant design standards.
o Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and journey analytics to make data-driven design decisions and optimize user experiences.
o Facilitate design workshops, stakeholder discussions, and product discovery sessions to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
o Mentor design teams and effectively communicate design concepts, recommendations, and business value to stakeholders and leadership
Operational Excellence & Monitoring
o Implement monitoring and alerting using enterprise-grade tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace, SiteScope).
o Analyze incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Application Support Analyst Page 2
o Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and DR runbooks.
o Qualifications:
BA or BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
o Knowledge and hands-on experience with Capital Markets / Primary Markets deal execution is strongly required (5+ years preferable).
o Strong understanding of New Issue, Book Building, and Syndication workflows in Fixed Income and Equities.
o Prior experience providing desk-aligned production support in a trading floor or capital markets environment.
o Excellent troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve critical production issues quickly under pressure.
o Strong communication and relationship-building skills; able to interact confidently with front-office users.
o Knowledge of bond fundamentals and capital markets execution processes is mandatory.
o Ability to document workflows, create knowledge repositories, and provide effective training.
o Highly organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple issues and requests simultaneously.
o Prior experience with vendor platforms for deal execution (e.g., Ipreo / Primary Portal / Dealogic) is a plus.
