Job description

Looking for talented Interaction Designer/ Visual Designers to join our client's team in North Carolina! This is a great opportunity to work on a complex digital system and work autonomously. The UX Visual / Interaction Designer will play a key role in shaping how partners engage with these experiences. This role focuses on creating intuitive, visually compelling, and highly usable interfaces that simplify complex workflows and improve overall user experience across our client's partner ecosystem.

Working within a highly collaborative cross-functional team, you will partner closely with UX Researchers, UX Prototypers, Product Managers, and Engineers to translate insights and concepts into polished experiences that can be delivered at scale.

You will contribute across multiple concurrent workstreams, including onboarding journeys, integrations, partner management workflows, sales enablement experiences, and emerging AI-driven capabilities.

Success in this role requires a strong balance of visual design craft, interaction design expertise, systems thinking, and collaboration. You will be expected to contribute strategically while remaining hands-on in executing detailed design solutions.

Responsibilities

β€’ Design end-to-end user experiences across our client's global partner platform ecosystem

β€’ Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, high-fidelity designs, and interaction specifications

β€’ Translate research findings and business requirements into intuitive user experiences

β€’ Partner closely with UX Researchers to incorporate customer insights into design decisions

β€’ Collaborate with UX Prototypers to evolve concepts into interactive experiences for testing and stakeholder alignment

β€’ Design and refine workflows that help reduce friction and improve usability across complex enterprise systems

β€’ Contribute to and expand our client's design system through reusable patterns and scalable components

β€’ Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into iterative design improvements

β€’ Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration sessions

β€’ Ensure solutions align with accessibility standards and usability best practices

β€’ Support exploration and design of AI-assisted experiences and guided workflows where appropriate

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
