What does a used vehicle director do?

A Used Vehicle Director oversees the operations, sales, and profitability of a dealership's pre-owned vehicle department. They are responsible for managing inventory, setting pricing strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their role involves analyzing market trends, sourcing quality used vehicles, and implementing effective sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue.
