Automotive New & Used Car Sales Manager
Mike Terry Ford – Mexia, Texas

Mike Terry Ford is growing — and we’re looking for a high-energy, aggressive Sales Manager to lead both our new and used vehicle departments.

If you know how to drive gross, push volume, build a winning culture, and hold a team accountable, this is your opportunity to step into a strong store with serious upside.

What You’ll Do:

• Forecast monthly and annual sales, gross profit, and expense objectives
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals
• Drive both new and used car performance
• Manage desk deals and assist in closing high-impact opportunities
• Improve F&I penetration and front-end gross
• Maintain daily sales logs and traffic control
• Ensure consistent follow-up systems and CRM accountability
• Monitor inventory mix and turn strategy
• Work closely with the GSM and ownership on growth initiatives
• Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
• Maintain a customer-focused, high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a New Car or Used Car Sales Manager
• Prior Ford experience strongly preferred
• Strong desk management and closing ability
• Track record of driving gross and volume simultaneously
• High accountability leadership style
• Strong understanding of inventory management and turn strategy
• Ability to build team culture and develop talent

Must have valid driver’s license and meet all Texas state requirements.
