Job description

The Administrative Assistant II will maintain the day-to-day workflow of the Lifestyle Redesign Knowledge Mobilization Initiative and support marketing efforts.

  • Performs varied administrative and general office duties for an academic or administrative department.
  • Supports a wide range of essential activities, including coordinating communications, managing course enrollment and CEU certificates, ordering supplies, organizing events, maintaining databases and websites, and facilitating information flow across stakeholders.
  • Schedules meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities
  • Maintains and updates the operational systems.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Addtional Education Requirements Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
Minimum Experience: 3 years
Minimum Skills: Secretarial or specialized clerical and administrative experience.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree
Preferred Experience: 4 years
