Job description

Who We Are Looking for and What You Will Do as a USANA Ecommerce Content & Merchandising Manager

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Content & Merchandising Manager. This role serves as the critical bridge between USANA's global brand team and local markets — ensuring every website update is accurately localized, compliant with regional regulations, and reflective of our global brand standards. You will manage product content, imagery, and merchandising across assigned regional markets while partnering closely with legal, marketing, and UX teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Localize and adapt global website updates for assigned regional markets, translating product descriptions, content, and imagery to reflect local language, culture, and expectations
  • Build and maintain product detail pages (PDPs) through the CMS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with global brand standards across all assigned markets
  • Partner with USANA's legal and regulatory teams to review and adapt product claims, ingredient information, and marketing language to meet local compliance requirements
  • Monitor and maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements across assigned markets, flagging and escalating compliance issues as they arise
  • Monitor site performance indicators — including site health, bounce rates, and conversion rates — and conduct regular QA reviews to ensure product pages and customer flows function correctly
  • Identify and resolve errors in content, imagery, and functionality, partnering with the UX team to troubleshoot technical issues and reporting site health findings to the Director of Ecommerce Solutions
  • Serve as the regional point of contact for ecommerce content and merchandising, maintaining regular communication with the global brand team at USANA headquarters
  • Meet regularly with regional marketing leadership to align site activities with campaigns, share OKRs, and ensure cohesive execution across markets

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or digital content management
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy
  • Experience with Content Management Systems platforms and basic ecommerce operations
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent)
  • Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

What Will Make You Standout

  • Experience with regulatory or legal compliance in a digital or consumer products environment
  • Background in direct sales, health/wellness, or consumer packaged goods
  • Experience working within global organizations across multiple time zones

*Position is hybrid/in-office located in Salt Lake City.
