Location: Fairchild Air Force Base, (FAFB) WA and Joint Base San Antonio - Lackland (JBSA-L) TX. Requirements Qualifications * SERE instructor graduate of USAF Course SV81A, SERE Specialist Technical Training
* OR
* Graduates of a DOD Level-C SERE course and must have a minimum of 2 years of experience instructing at a Level-C SERE course or suitable related experience
* OR
* JBSA-L : prior experience working as an instructor trainer within the SV88AL course
* Active US Security Clearance - Secret.
* Must be able to lift up to (50) pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Responsibilities * Support courses SV97A, SV98A, SV88AL, SV70A, SV84AF, SV85A, SERE Specialist upgrade training
* Develop and deliver engaging SERE training curricula tailored to military and Air Force special operations needs
* Conduct classroom instruction and practical exercises in survival techniques, evasion methods, resistance strategies, and escape procedures
* Assess trainee performance through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance skill mastery
* Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and lesson plans aligned with DoD standards
Job Types: Full-time, Contract Work Location: In person Experience: * Instructing at a Level-C SERE course: 2 years (Preferred)
* Classroom instruction and role-playing in resistance: 2 years (Preferred)
* Working as an instructor trainer within the SV88AL course : 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification: * Certificate - Graduate of USAF Course SV81A, SERE Training (Preferred)
* Certificate - Graduate of a DOD Level-C SERE course (Preferred)
