Position Description & Qualifications Serco is excited to begin support for the Mobility Air Forces Distributed Mission Operations (MAF DMO) Program. The mission statement for the MAF DMO Program is "To train in a secure, realistic networked environment while reducing risk and operating cost. MAF DMO capabilities will enable Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) participation in a wide range of MAF, USAF, Joint and Combined exercises." Execution of this contract will provide O&I support to facilitate persistent, distributed training for MAF ATSs in support of AFI 11-2 Mission Design Series (MDS) Vol 1; USAF Operational Training Infrastructure 2035 Flight Plan; and Department of Defense (DoD), USAF, and AMC priorities.
