Visitor Control HSPD 12 Specialist perform identity proofing, enrollment, credential issuance/activation, and visitor processing. Maintain logs and meet timeliness/accuracy thresholds.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Visitor Control - HSPD-12 Specialist will process access requests and PIV badges; serve as Registrar and Issuer/Activator.
  • Verify individual identities and issue badges within 15 minutes maintaining timeliness and accuracy standards.
  • Visitor Control - HSPD-12 Specialist will maintain detailed records and manage badge inventory.
  • Maintain detailed records, manage badge inventory, and generate reports.
  • Visitor Control - HSPD-12 Specialist will operate and maintain access control and visitor management systems, including USAccess, Identiv Velocity, and EasyLobby, to ensure accurate credential issuance and visitor processing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable client specific adjudication
  • Ability to efficiently use and learn access control and visitor management systems, including USAccess, Identiv Velocity, and EasyLobby, supported by intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum/General Experience:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable client specific adjudication. Secret or Top Secret clearance is preferred.
  • Must have 5+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
  • Must have intermediate computer skills with proficiency or aptitude in USAccess, Identiv Velocity, and EasyLobby.

Minimum Education:

HS Diploma or equivalent
