Job Description:  

KovoRCM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our dynamic team. This role serves as a key operational partner supporting the RCM Director and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, operational performance, and achievement of business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, operational awareness, and healthcare revenue cycle expertise to proactively manage client needs and resolve issues efficiently. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Resolve issues and remove barriers in the claims management process in order to maximize collections.

  • Manage to resolution the client escalations and payor issues as discovered or reported.

  • Coordinate with other operational staff or departments to ensure client Key Performance Indicators are met.

  • Compile accurate month end reporting package and provide to the RCM Director based on the required monthly datapoints.

  • Identify operational discussion points of obstacles and successes to the RCM Director for meeting preparation.

  • Identify and report when escalations need to occur from operational staff or departments; determine patterns and manage for resolution.

  • Represent the RCM Director and address client issues/concerns in a professional manner.

  • Performs to expectations of client specific Key Performance Indicators as determined by management.                                          

  • Promote positive relationships by consistent, professional communication with clients (providers, point of contact, internal stakeholders).

  • Possess a thorough understanding of client workbooks and provide updates on changes to the RCM Director.

  • Perform new hire requirements: interviews, onboarding training, coaching and mentoring throughout the lifecycle of the employee.

  • Perform goal setting and goal reviews quarterly

  • Liaison between the call center and billing staff.  

  • Productivity tracking and review from the team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Google products, Open Practice, SmartSuite preferred 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management strongly preferred.

  • Previous experience in supporting a team culture where all employees pursue continued improvement.

  • Possess a positive, solution oriented approach.

  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner and be an ambassador of goodwill.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of RPM policies and procedures.
