The RoleAs a Project Engineer, you'll be a key player from due diligence through project completion. You'll guide teams, solve problems early, and keep projects moving smoothly-without the chaos that leads to late nights and weekend work.
What You'll Do- Lead site development design (grading, drainage, utilities)
- Proactively identify risks and keep projects on track
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Coordinate across engineering, planning, and design teams
- Oversee technical deliverables and mentor junior staff
- Support proposals and client relationships
- Navigate permitting with local agencies
- Help shape team performance and development
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Colorado PE (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- 8+ years of land development experience (Colorado preferred)
- Experience across a mix of project types (private, municipal, etc.)
