  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and enforce safety compliance
  • Review construction drawings, one-lines, and specifications for design accuracy and buildability
  • Manage procurement, material tracking, and subcontractor coordination
  • Document project status, change orders, and risk mitigation activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support client communication and stakeholder engagement to maintain transparency and satisfaction

  • Risk and issue tracking
  • Forecasting and backlog reporting
  • Ensure proper documentation including:
  • Project plans

  • Own the Special Systems PMO scheduling framework, ensuring consistency across all projects.
  • Develop and maintain standardized scheduling templates and planning processes.
  • Coordinate scheduling alignment across:
  • Field technicians
  • Engineering resources
  • Subcontractors
  • Customer site availability
  • Maintain master delivery schedules across the Special Systems portfolio to ensure resource optimization.
