Sales Trainee- Urgently Hiring- $68,000-148,000/year

Are you a sales representative looking to grow? Are you in retail, food service, customer service, or management looking for a new career path or growth into leadership? We’re a proven company with over 40 years experience covering central, western, and southeastern Pennsylvania. It’s time to conquer Northern PA next! Here’s a snapshot of this opportunity:

Schedule: M-Th 11-7 Friday 9-5. When you hit quotas you can have Friday off with pay!

Compensation: Weekly pay. Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions + benefit package + travel reimbursement. First year earnings range $68,000 to 148,000.

Job Perks: We will be promoting 3 team leads in 90 days of opening the location and providing an increased salary, bonuses, and a company car.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit jobsite to develop referrals with current customers

  • Conduct customer survey to develop marketing strategies for future home projects

  • Develop customer relationships with proximity marketing strategies

  • Track key metrics to analyze for success

  • Use a proven sales system and your winning personality to convert prospects into customers
