The successful candidate will play a vital role in the well-being, dignity, and quality of life of our residents by providing respectful support and care tailored to their individual needs. Job description: Under the supervision of the nursing director or the head nurse, the resident attendant assists residents in their daily activities and helps maintain a safe, clean and warm environment. Main responsibilities: Assisting residents with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, mobility, eating). To offer an attentive and reassuring presence to residents. To ensure the comfort and safety of residents at all times. Observe the general condition of the residents and report any changes to the care team. Collaborate with team members to ensure adequate follow-up on residents' needs. Participate in maintaining a clean and pleasant living environment. Promoting respect, dignity and autonomy for residents. Requirements and qualifications: Personal care attendant training or relevant experience in a similar position (an asset).
